This Privacy Policy applies to VoxGuide mobile applications published by VOLTEVOX LLC, including Mavora PureWash – VoxGuide, when distributed for business-to-business demonstration, evaluation, or related product-guidance purposes.

VoxGuide is an audio video smart guide designed to provide product guidance, media, manuals, images, and related resources. This policy describes how the app handles information when you install and use it.

2. Information the App Collects

The current VoxGuide evaluation app does not require account creation or login. The app does not collect or transmit user data to VOLTEVOX LLC or to third-party analytics, advertising, or measurement services.

The app’s primary audio, video, manuals, images, and product-guidance content are packaged with the app and are designed to function locally on the device, including offline use.

The current evaluation version does not use analytics, usage tracking, crash-reporting services, advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.

3. Information Stored Locally on the Device

The app may retain ordinary app state locally on the device when required for normal functionality, such as interface or playback state. This local device state remains on the device and is not collected by or transmitted to VOLTEVOX LLC.

Local app data can be removed using the device’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling the app.

4. External Websites and Links

VoxGuide may include links to external websites or resources, such as warranty registration, promotional offers, manufacturer resources, or other product-related pages. Selecting an external link may open your device’s web browser or another application.

External websites and services operate independently from VoxGuide and may collect information under their own privacy policies. VOLTEVOX LLC does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

5. Google Play and Device Services

If you obtain the app through Google Play, Google and the Android operating system may process information associated with app distribution, installation, security, diagnostics, device compatibility, or Play services under Google’s own terms and privacy policies. That processing is performed by Google or the applicable platform provider and is separate from data collection by the VoxGuide app itself.

6. Sharing and Sale of Personal Information

VOLTEVOX LLC does not sell personal information through the current VoxGuide evaluation app because the app does not collect user data.

VOLTEVOX LLC does not share personal or sensitive user data from the app with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

7. Data Security

VoxGuide is designed to minimize data exposure by keeping its core product-guidance content and normal app functionality on the device. Because the current evaluation app does not maintain user accounts or a VOLTEVOX-hosted database of personal user information, there is no app user profile stored by VOLTEVOX LLC for this version of the app.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

VOLTEVOX LLC does not retain user data from the current VoxGuide evaluation app because the app does not collect or transmit user data.

Any operational information stored locally by the app remains on the user’s device and can be deleted by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

9. Children’s Privacy

VoxGuide evaluation apps are intended for business, product demonstration, and product-evaluation use and are not directed to children under 13. VOLTEVOX LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current evaluation app.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

VOLTEVOX LLC may update this Privacy Policy if VoxGuide functionality, data practices, distribution methods, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the official website with an updated effective date.
